Thank you for checking out the only station in the St. Louis region playing Jazz, Smooth Jazz, Blues, and Easy R&B. We play traditional jazz, from the likes of Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald and John Coltrane, and contemporary jazz, from artists like David Sanborn, George Benson and Cindy Bradley. Other frequently played artists include Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Isaak and Robert Glasper, along with Aretha Franklin, Billie Holiday, Candy Dulfer, David Benoit and The Spinners. The Sound also promotes regional artists, such as Tonina, The Bosman Twins, Marquise Knox, Tim Cunningham, Jesse Gannon, Erin Bode and the Funky Butt Brass Band, among many others.
