Public Administration and Policy Analysis Forms
All students with an advising appointment must fill out the mandatory advisement review form prior to the appointment.
It is imperative for each student to complete Course Request Forms for each semester. Please type the needed information in the fill-in form, print, sign and return it to the PAPA office by email, fax, mail or hand delivery. Please first save the form to your computer, then fill out the form and email the completed form as an attachment to mpaprogram@siue.edu. It takes approximately two weeks to process these forms. Completing these forms DOES NOT guarantee placement within the specified classes!
After filling out the pdf form please save it onto your computer, then send the form as an attachment to mpaprogram@siue.edu.

Please read the instructions for completing the Comprehensive Registration Form since the only method of submitting this document to the PAPA Department is through EMAIL!
You may take the exam if you have completed 27 semester hours of MPA course work (including five of the following six core courses: PAPA 500, PAPA 501, PAPA 510, PAPA 530, PAPA 540, and PAPA 550). In order to qualify for the exam, you must also have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher in the MPA core courses as well as in the MPA program overall. Students who are currently not enrolled in classes MUST enroll in University 500 in order to take the exam. In addition to the registration form, you are required to submit two essays written for SIUE MPA courses that reflect your best work. These essays should be clean copies (no grades or comments on the submitted essays). Submit your registration form electronically only. If you cancel your registration you must submit a new form electronically. Be prepared when you take the exam.
If for any reason you are not able to sit for the exam and must cancel taking your test, it is mandatory for you to submit another registration form!

Graduation Application Forms
Students must submit graduation application by the first day of the semester in which they will graduate. Students may also apply for graduation through their CougarNet account.
