Receiving your diploma
Your diploma will be sent to you after the end of the term once the Office of the Registrar has confirmed you have completed all degree requirements. Please allow 12-14 weeks for delivery.
- Official transcripts can be ordered from the Office of the Registrar before your diploma arrives.
Change of address
The diploma will be mailed to the mailing address on file with SIUE.
- To prevent delays, check CougarNet to confirm your mailing address.
Replacement diploma
A replacement diploma may be ordered from the Office of the Registrar in situations where the original diploma has been lost or damaged.
- SIUE will make every effort to replicate your original diploma, however will use the current administration’s signatures.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
- Certified electronic e-Diplomas are available for purchase.
