Where do I obtain my Cougar Card?
Your Cougar Card is distributed in the Student Services Center, Rendleman Hall, Room 1309. Please bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
Do I need another card besides the Cougar Card?
No, this is the only card you need on SIUE campuses.
Is there a charge for the Cougar Card?
No, not for the first card, but there is a $20 fee for the replacement of a lost card.
How can I check the balance in my account?
Your balance will appear on receipts received after transactions. If you have a meal plan and Cougar Bucks account, the only balance shown will be for the most recent account accessed. Current balances may be obtained from Blackboard, GET or the GET app.
How do I close my account?
If you are a student, you may not close your Cougar Bucks account except when graduating, withdrawing from the University or entering into military services for six months or more. You will need to complete a Request for Refund form. Due to administrative costs, balances of $5 or less will not be refunded. Balances greater than $5 will be refunded via your student account.
