Accessing Your Cougar Card
You can manage your Cougar Card through Blackboard or GET. You will need your e-ID and password to access the webpage or app.
Blackboard
- Select "Services" in the top right corner of the screen
- Next, select "myCougarCard"
On this page you can view your account balance, spending history, report a lost card or submit your photo online.
GET is an online site where students (and parents) can manage their campus card accounts. It provides valuable information about account balances and spending history, and enables you to report a lost or stolen card.
- Select "click here to login"
- Next, enter your e-ID and password
On the overview page you can view your account balance, spending history, report a lost card, submit a photo or add funds. The "GET" app can be downloaded on your phone to access information.
Cougar Bucks and Meal Plans
Your Cougar Card can access two monetary accounts
- Cougar Bucks (money that can be spent anywhere the card is accepted on-campus or off-campus)
- University meal plans
To use the Cougar Bucks debit feature, you must deposit money into your Cougar Bucks account before making your first purchase. Deposits into your Cougar Bucks debit account may be made by check or cash in the Office of the Bursar, Rendleman Hall, Room 1101, online at GET or on the "GET" app.
University Housing meal plans are purchased with your University Housing accommodations.
