Replacing Your Cougar Card
Photo identification (e.g. driver's license or other government-issued photo ID) must be presented at the ID counter in the Student Services Center, Rendleman Hall, Room 1309 before your Cougar Card can be replaced.
A $20 fee applies when a student/staff/faculty:
-Replaces a card that is lost or stolen.
-Replaces a card that is inactive or damaged by misuse.
-They are wanting a new photo.
No fee is charged when a student/staff/faculty:
-Replaces a card because of a name change.
-Replaces a card because their status as changed.
-Replaces a card that is deactivated or worn from normal use.
ID/Service Center staff will determine if a new ID card is necessary. They also decide whether a card is inactive, damaged, defective, worn, or altered.
