New Students
New incoming students must submit a headshot photo per the photo guidelines below for their initial ID card. Photos must be approved before an ID card is printed. Please bring a driver's license, state ID card or passport to verify your identity.
How to Update Your Photo
Students who wish to update or change their ID card photo may submit a new photo per the photo guidelines below. Students should visit the Student Services Center in Rendleman Hall, Room 1309 to have their new ID card printed. Please bring a government issued photo ID. The cost to update or change your photo is $20.
How to submit your photo:
- Online at GET
- the "GET" app
Photo Guidelines
- size: 300 px X 300 px in .jpg or .jpeg format
- color photo
- picture to be of student/faculty/staff only
- plain, single-color background
- no props
- no hats, sunglasses, exaggerated expressions
- picture should be from the shoulders up
