Lost or Stolen Cards
Deactivate
You can deactivate a lost or stolen card through Blackboard (select "Services" then "myCougarCard"), GET (at GET or the GET app).
A fee of $20 may be collected for a replacement card.
Reactivate
You can reactivate a lost card that has been found. You can reactivate only your most recent card. Old cards cannot be reactivated.The option to reactivate a lost card will only appear if you have reported your card as lost.
Reactivation can be done through Blackboard, GET or the GET app.
