How long is the fellowship program?
How many fellows do you accept into the program each year?
When do interviews take place?
Interviews will typically take place in January and February for the program that starts July 1 of the same year.
Are there any fees or tuition for the fellowship program?
There is no tuition charged for the fellowship, and the only required fee is $123.00 for a one year parking permit (price subject to change at the start of each academic year).
Does the fellowship program participate in the MATCH or PASS programs?
No. The fellowship uses its own internal application system as listed on the Admissions page and does not use MATCH or PASS.
Do fellows get much experience in surgical and restorative aspects of implantology?
Will I get experience in all aspects of implantology?
Does the program have an adequate patient population?
Do the school clinics employ digital radiography?
Can I visit the campus to see the facilities and speak to the faculty?
Informal visits are sometimes possible on a case by case basis, depending on faculty schedules.
I am not a U.S. citizen. Do I still qualify for consideration for the fellowship?
In addition to meeting the requirements listed on the Admissions page, you must: 1) be either a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (possess a green card), and 2) be eligible for Illinois Residency.
