SIUE Catering offers full-service catering ranging from plated dinners to buffet receptions anywhere on the Edwardsville campus and at our satellite locations in Alton and East St. Louis.

Catering can provide any dietary accommodations needed at your gathering. The department has significant experience working around allergy and cultural restrictions. In addition to this, SIUE Catering has extensive knowledge in preparing various ethnic foods including catered events serving Indian cuisine, African cuisine and more.
