About Dr. Childers
Dr. Marie Childers received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in 2023 from Bowling Green State University. Marie's research interests include development and validation of hiring assessments, judgement and decision making in the workplace, DEI, and psychometrics. Her teaching interests include IO Psychology, Statistics and Research Methods, the psychology of decision making, and business psychology. She has also worked as a consultant for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Dick's Sporting Goods, and various governmental agencies. During her free time, Marie enjoys reading, baking, swimming, and playing with her cat, Chai.
