The hiring process can be a long and confusing process. To help prevent issues, EOA collaborated with Human Resources and the Provost’s Office to create detailed hiring processes by job type. Search Committee Training
To ensure University employment searches provide equal opportunity to all applicants, EOA has created Search Committee Training. Any person serving on a search committee must have completed the training within the past two years.
SIUE employees can access the training by logging into Blackboard, clicking Organizations from the menu bar, and selecting the Office of EOA and Title IX Coordination Organization (ORG-EOA-AND-TITLE-IX).
