Affirmative Action Plans and Good Faith Efforts 

Under our obligations from the Department of Labor, EOA has created Affirmative Action Plans that detail information about equitable hiring practices for all employees.  

Additionally, EOA has created a list of Good Faith Efforts departments can undertake to ensure that their hiring allows for all eligible candidates to apply and the best candidates to be selected.
