Confidential Reporting
Metro East Every Survivor Counts is a local agency which helps people overcome a variety of personal crises, ranging from sexual assault and poverty, to homelessness and mental illness. They can help by giving people skills and support that empower them to overcome emotional and physical crisis situations.
Metro East Every Survivor Counts has partnered with SIUE to provide a confidential advisor for members of the SIUE community who have been affected by sexual violence and stalking.
Sharing information with a confidential advisor through Metro East Every Survivor Counts will not result in a report being made to any University official.
SIUE Counseling Services actively promotes the personal, social, emotional and cognitive growth of SIUE students. This service is provided through individual counseling, counseling groups, healthy living workshops, consultation and referral. Sharing information with a University counselor will not result in a report being made to any University official.
