- Sex Discrimination
- Sex-Based Harassment
- Sexual Assault
- Dating Violence

When a student discloses any of the above, Employees are encouraged to listen thoughtfully (without judgment) to what is being shared, ask the student about possible safety concerns, provide information on supportive resources (Sexual Harassment Resources Information Sheet) , and let the student know about how to connect with EOA.
An online form is available for reporting alleged incidents to EOA – Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence Incident Report Employees should immediately submit an online report to EOA. Doing so ensures the affected persons will be connected with appropriate resources and responsive strategies can be initiated quickly.
Required Reporting – Student Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy
An employee who is informed of a student’s pregnancy or related condition is required to provide to the student the Title IX coordinator’s contact information and general information about EOA’s ability to take specific actions (including navigating necessary academic accommodations, returning to classes in same pre-pregnancy status, modification of classroom furniture) to prevent discrimination and ensure equal access.
Employees must also notify the Title IX Coordinator that a student disclosed pregnancy or pregnancy related medical conditions. An online form is available for this purpose (see Pregnancy/Parental Notification and Accommodation Request Form)
Once EOA is informed of the student’s pregnancy or related conditions, outreach and education efforts will be undertaken to make the student aware of their rights under Title IX and assist with implementing necessary accommodations.
