Facilities Management (FM) has taken the Founders Hall elevator out of service due to an issue with the door closing mechanism. Our maintenance technician will be on site tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 19, to assess the issue and begin repairs. FM will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, access to the second floor of Founders Hall will be limited to the stairs. The elevator in Alumni Hall will be available for access to the lower level and third floor of Founders Hall via the tunnel and skywalk. Please plan accordingly.
UPDATE: Repairs complete. Elevator returned to service.
