Over the next 30 days, now that both west tower pier caps are in-place, the contractor will continue to construct the walls for both of the west towers. Penthouse demolition is ongoing and the contractor will begin to remove parts of the roof in late December. Pier construction for the two east stair towers is progressing and should be complete within the next month. Tunnel mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is ongoing.
We continue to monitor particulate matter data throughout the building. We expect the next round of results soon, at which time we will share the findings.
