HVAC Update – WHYHEC Campus

Facilities Management (FM) is currently addressing several Rooftop Units (RTUs) that are operating at reduced capacity or are out of service.
Replacement units are in progress, with delivery and installation scheduled as follows:
- Building A – Unit delivery expected May 5, 2026; installation and startup to follow shortly after delivery
- Building D – Installation scheduled May 15–17, 2026
- Building E – Unit delivery expected mid-May 2026; installation and startup to follow shortly after delivery
Barring unforeseen issues, installation and system startup will be completed as quickly as possible once units are delivered.
During this time, occupants in affected areas may experience temporary fluctuations in indoor temperatures. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore full service.
