Founders Hall Renovation - 3/22/19

With almost all demolition in Phase I complete, work at Founders Hall is now focused on new construction activities. Construction of the southeast and northwest tower walls continues with the next lift pours scheduled for next week at the southeast tower and the first week in April at the northwest tower. Backfilling at the northwest tower will be completed this week. Demolition of the old penthouse is complete and new penthouse steel and exterior wall studs are more than 50% installed. Penthouse air handlers are set and roof decking is being installed. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continues along with new window installation on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Fire proofing on the 3rd floor has also begun.
