The Non-Tenure Track (NTT) collective bargaining agreement outlines a promotion pathway for NTT Instructors. To be eligible for promotion, Instructors participat in content evaluations (with their Department Chair or a designee) as well as pedagogical observations. Pedagogical Observers are experienced faculty members who are trained to observe, document, and support effective teaching practices in online, face-to-face and blended courses.
