Kuali Research and Kuali Build
Kuali Research (KR), an electronic research administration software system, provides one place for SIUE personnel to draft, submit and track proposals for external funding, as well as compliance disclosures and protocols. Guidelines to assist in the submission of internship proposals can be found here. The Office of Research and Projects uses the sub-award, negotiations and awards modules for sponsored awards, which can be accessed through the Medusa function. KR is also used to submit conflict of interest and conflict of commitment disclosures required by Policy 1Q9. With proper permission, you can pull reports from KR; see the online tutorial. Go to Kuali Research Dashboard and use your SIUE e-ID and password to login.
Kuali Build (KB) is an electronic submission and routing system for the Graduate School’s forms and internal funding programs. If you need assistance approving a submission, see How Do I Approve a Form? Visit Kuali Build and use your SIUE e-ID and password to login.
