How to obtain access to the Banner Information System:
New Banner Student and Human Resources Users - Please complete the System Access Request Form and send to Information Technology Services, Box 1068 or fax ext. 3055.
- A Banner ID and initial log in instructions will be e-mailed to you when the following has occurred:
- The System Access Request form has been submitted to ITS.
