Cascade Users and Site Requests

Users

Users will only be given access to a Cascade site AFTER they have attended Cascade training AND completed the System Access Request (SARF) / SIUE Employee Confidentiality Agreement forms.

NOTE: If you need access to AN ADDITIONAL CASCADE SITE, AFTER completing training, please complete the Cascade Additional Access Request Form. If you had previously filled out a SARF form for Cascade access, you DO NOT need to fill out another one.
