Signature Line
SIUE communications (everything except specialty items and clothing) should carry the University signature line. To maintain consistency, the preferred version on most communications is the white signature line against a red background or a red signature line against a white background. The University signature line should be featured prominently and typically on the front cover or page. See 'University Color' for more detail on the print and digital colors.
Clearspace Guidelines
Clearspace on all sides of the signature line must equal the height of the signature line at a minimum.
The University signature line must appear consistently on all communications of an institutional, University-wide nature. These include, but are not limited to:
- Official University stationery items (letterhead, envelopes, business cards and note cards)
- Forms
- Admissions materials such as advertising, view books, posters and brochures
- University annual reports and fact books
