The WE CARE Clinic provides services to patients with all means of payment. We accept most major insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare. We negotiate costs for patients with limited ability to pay.

Sliding Fee Scale for Financial Assistance
U.S. Federal Poverty Guidelines Used to Determine Financial Eligibility for Certain Federal Programs
- Note: Level 1 & 2 are Medicaid eligible in the State of Illinois
- If you have no proof of income then your fee will be $25 for in house services.
