Dr. Myjal Garner is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at SIUE. She has a passion for educating both nursing students and patients to reduce health disparities and promote health equity. She provides preventative care, manages chronic diseases, and provides excellent care for patients at end-of-life. She is an ardent advocate for wellness and health awareness in the community.

She is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of ER experience. She is passionate about caring for patients of all ages and enjoys involving patients in their care. She strives to create a positive impact in the community and to improve patient outcomes. She enjoys kickboxing, traveling, swimming, dancing and pottery.

Gayle Ostermiller, MSN, APRN, CPN, FNP-BC, is a board certified family nurse practitioner and an instructor in the School of Nursing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She enjoys educating patients and students to ensure healthy communities. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading books.

Dr. Chris Lynch, PharmD
Dr. Chris Lynch has been a clinical pharmacist providing care to patients most in need for more than 30 years. He has practiced in Chicago, New Orleans and the St. Louis metro east area. In 2021 he was honored to receive the Illinois Bowl of Hygeia Award for lifetime commitment to public service.
Chris and his wife Jenny rescue Chihuahuas and enjoy taking them on hikes and camping. Chris' Chihuahua Ozzie is a certified therapy dog who sometimes accompanies Chris on home visits for area senior citizens.

Dr, Jennifer Zuerchner, PhD, RD, LD
Jennifer is a registered dietitian, Associate Professor, and Director of the Nutrition and Dietetics graduate program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is passionate about educating patients and students on the vital role of food and nutrition in preventing and treating disease, as well as promoting overall health and wellness. When she's not in the clinic or on campus mentoring future nutrition professionals, she's on the go with her three children, supporting their sports and theatre activities.

She graduated from SIUE in Spring of 2018 with her BSN. She enjoys researching and learning new things in all aspects of nursing and is passionate about public health & working with those around her to meet healthcare goals for individuals and communities. She additionally loves to spend time with her family, friends, and cats. You'll find her reading books, enjoying coffee, and traveling to new places on the weekends.
