Parking Portal
Parking Services provides all our online services through the Parking Portal. The options are as follows:
- Purchase a Parking Permit: Students and employees can purchase a permit online. Annual, semester and daily printable permits are available.
- Select the permit to purchase
- Select/add a vehicle
- Pay with credit card, student account or employee payroll deduction (available in June for fall term)
- Pay a Parking Citation: Students, employees and guests may pay a citation online using a credit card.
- Log in using SIUE e-id/password and select “citations” in the top navigation to see all citations, or
- Search by Citation number, or
- Enter license plate information
- Appeal a Parking Citation: Students, employees and guests can file an appeal of a parking citation online. A $5 partial payment is required before an appeal can be made. Students and employees must log in using their SIUE e-id/password before attempting to file an appeal online. Guests can also create a username/password.
- Manage Your Parking Account: Students and employees can log in using their SIUE e-id/password to view their records in the portal.
- Manage address, email and phone number on file.
- See any past and current permits
- View paid and unpaid citations, and send unpaid citations to the shopping cart
- View vehicles associated with an account
- Add/edit vehicle information
Permit Lottery Sign Up: Students can enter their name for a chance to be randomly drawn for the option to purchase a permit that wouldn’t normally be available to them. For example, students sign up for the Green Permit Lottery for a chance to buy a Green parking permit. They must select which lottery they want to sign up for, and may only sign up for one at a time.
