The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASR)
The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASR) provides information on crimes that occur on campus as well as fires at University owned student housing. In addition, the ASR provides information pertaining to the disciplinary process, university contact information, Illinois statutes, local agencies that may assist a victim of certain crimes, university sponsored crime prevention programs, and other pertinent information to assist the campus community.
Concern for Others Care Report
If you are concerned about a student that you believe may be at risk of harm or who may intend to harm others, please use this form to communicate your concern to someone at the University. When this form is submitted, it is sent to Counseling Services. You are encouraged to also contact the office of the Dean of Students, as in many circumstances, Counseling Services may not be able to intervene due to limits of confidentiality. Since many Care Reports are not immediately seen by Counseling Services, please call 911 for any student who is experiencing suicide ideation or homicide ideation and/or plan of intent to harm self or others
