Welcome to the Assessment and Accreditation website at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville! Here you can find information about our leadership efforts in fostering an environment supportive of assessment, promoting student learning and facilitating excellent teaching. We support many of the primary activities through which the University can fulfill its mission of excellence, demonstrate accountability to stakeholders and promote student learning. We are responsible for developing and implementing an integrative assessment system that contributes to academic quality and continuous improvement on our campus. We also support academic programs and departments in seeking and maintaining specialized accreditation, as well as conduct program reviews to ensure the continued quality of our academic programs.
