Making Excellence Inclusive at SIUE
Inclusive Excellence is an active process through which colleges and universities intentionally integrate diversity and equity into their educational quality efforts, missions and infrastructure. As a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, Academic Affairs supports the operationalization of inclusive excellence at SIUE.
In collaboration with the Division for Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and other campus partners, we are committed to advancing the equity-driven goals outlined in the SIUE Strategic Plan and contributing to campus-wide efforts to build an equitable educational ecosystem in which all of our students, staff and faculty can thrive.
