Institutional Accreditation
Accreditation, Assessment and Academic Planning supports many of the primary activities through which the University can fulfill its mission of excellence, demonstrate accountability to stakeholders and promote student learning. This office is responsible for developing and implementing an integrative assessment system that contributes to academic innovation and continuous improvement on our campus.
At SIUE, assessment is a collective endeavor through which we demonstrate our commitment to improving teaching and promoting student learning. Our mission is to "elicit faculty, staff and student involvement in the development and utilization of assessment techniques that enhance the quality of:”
