Friends of Theater and Dance (FOTAD) is a volunteer organization dedicated to raising funds to provide scholarships for students majoring in Theater and Dance at SIUE.

2024/2025 Season Shows include: Junie B. Jones is NOT a Crook, Alice in Wonderland, The Importance of Being Ernest by Oscar Wilde, Fall Dance Concert, a Metcalf Studio Production, Black Theatre Workshop Production, & Clue.

Their initiatives include:

• Merit-based scholarships to outstanding theater and dance students
• Travel funds for student trips, including the London Theater study abroad trip, the Actors Theater of Louisville Humana New Play Festival, the United State Institute of Theater Technology annual conference and the annual American College Dance Association conference
• Service-based scholarships to students who demonstrate outstanding service to the department

Become a member of FOTAD today and help the next generation of performing artists share their gifts with the world. Memberships renew annually and run from July 1 - June 30th of each calendar year. New memberships begin immediately upon receipt of payment.

Annual Membership Levels:

Friend: $100

• Early registration to camps, workshops, & themed events Discounts on workshop registration fees
• 10% discount on merchandise
• Name included in all show Playbills

Patron: $300

• Everything in previous level PLUS
• Opening night champagne toast for 2 shows 10% discount on season tickets

Producer: $1,000

• Everything in previous level PLUS
• Opening night champagne toast for 4 shows 2 tickets to Fall Murder Mystery Dinner

Corporate Sponsorship Levels:

Standing Ovation: $5,000

• Company name & logo in print, web and social media
• Full page in every playbill
• Logo on all show t-shirts
• 4 season tickets
• Opening night champagne toast for 8 shows 4 tickets to Fall Murder Mystery Dinner
• Sponsorship benefit to donor is estimated at $60

Call Back: $1,000

• Company name in print, web, and social media 1/4 page in every playbill
• Logo on all show t-shirts
• Opening night champagne toast for 2 shows
• Sponsorship benefit to donor is estimated at $20

Table Read: $2,500

• Company name & logo in print, web, and social media
• 1/2 page in every playbill
• Logo on all show t-shirts
• 2 season tickets
• Opening night champagne toast for 4 shows 2 tickets to Fall Murder Mystery Dinner

Audition: $500

• Company name in print, web, and social media 1/8 page in every playbill
• Sponsorship benefit to donor is estimated at $0
