Reservations
To increase the likelihood of availability, we highly recommend reserving outdoor equipment at least two business days (Monday-Thursday) before the expected time of pick-up. Outdoor equipment can be reserved in person at Equipment Issue or by calling (618) 650-2370. Rental fees are to be paid at the time of pick-up.
Outdoor Equipment Policies
- Only one of each type of equipment can be checked out by one person.
- Equipment should be used only by the approved renter, and cannot be rented or loaned to any other person.
- Late fees will be charged for each equipment item returned after the designated due date. Late fees will be assessed at a rate of $10 per day or the daily rental fee, whichever is more.
- Equipment must be properly cleaned, dried and packed prior to return. Any equipment returned dirty will be charged a cleaning fee.
- Fees will be assessed at the current retail price for repair or replacement for damage or lost equipment.
