Parent Technology Support

Transcript Request

Parents or Students can request a transcript by calling the office at (618) 482-8370. Or, you can choose to order transcript online by visiting this website: https://www.parchment.com/students/order-status/

Inclement Weather Communication

During periods of inclement weather, the school will follow the official decision issued by the district regarding school operations. Once the district announces its determination, school administration will evaluate the guidance and determine whether the campus will be closed or if instruction will continue through an e-learning format.

Families and staff will be notified promptly once a final decision has been made.

School status updates will be communicated through the following channels:

  • Automated Robo Call: A recorded phone message will be sent to families and staff.

  • Email Notification: An official message will be sent to registered email addresses.

  • School Website: A notice will be posted on the school’s homepage.

  • Facebook: Updates will be shared on the school’s official Facebook page.

  • Local News Stations: Local television news outlets will be notified of the school’s status.

Whenever possible, announcements will be made as early as practical to allow families and staff sufficient time to plan accordingly.

Families are encouraged to monitor these communication platforms for the most current updates regarding school operations during inclement weather.

Download the Skyward app and sign in on your phone or device:

Please follow the below instructions to download the Skyward Mobile Access app from either Google Play or the Apple store for easy access.

  1. Download the App
  2. Open the app and search by Postal Code
  3. Choose East St. Louis School District #189
  4. Select School Management
  5. Enter your Skyward (Family/Student Access User ID). Please note: For Students, user login is their Student ID# then password.
  6. Enter a four digit pin number from your mobile device
