Helping Students Prepare
The Department of Teaching and Learning offers a variety of resources to support students throughout their educational journey, including:
- Student Organizations: Students can enhance their college experience, gain professional skills and benefit from peer support by joining an education-specific student organization or honor society.
- Virtual Practice Lab: Practicing skills learned in the classroom with avator students is a safe way to prepare for real-world teaching. The Virtual Practice Lab is also available to schools and organizations outside of SIUE for training purposes.
