Local School and Childcare Resources
Family Housing is part of the Edwardsville Community Unit District 7 school system. School-age children in Family Housing attend N.O. Nelson Elementary (Grades K-2), Woodland Elementary (Grades 3-5), Lincoln Middle School (Grades 6-8) and Edwardsville High School (Grades 9-12).
For an additional cost, the Early Childhood Center on campus provides educational programming for children of SIUE students and employees starting at age 2. You can visit the Early Childhood Center or call 618-650‑2556 for details.
Complete the Childcare Provider Information Form if you have a childcare provider that provides scheduled, frequent care in your apartment. Residents are limited to no more than 2 requests. The 400-side Community Director will review and respond to your request.
