Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD)
The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) is an American non-governmental media monitoring organization, founded as a protest against defamatory coverage of LGBTQIA+ people. Its agenda has since extended to the entertainment industry and its portrayal of these groups.
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) National Help Center, founded in 1996, is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides vital peer-support, community connections and resource information to people with questions regarding sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Utilizing a diverse group of LGBT volunteers, we operate three national hotlines: LGBT National Hotline, LGBT National Youth Talkline and LGBT National Senior Hotline, as well as a private, volunteer one-to-one online chat that helps both youth and adults with coming-out issues, safer-sex information, school bullying, family concerns, relationship problems and a lot more.

GLSEN works to ensure that LGBTQIA+ students are able to learn and grow in a school environment free from bullying and harassment. They are made up of a national network of educators, students and local GLSEN Chapters working to make this right a reality.

National Gay and Lesbian Task Force (NGLTF)
The National LGBTQIA+ Task Force advances full freedom, justice and equality for LGBTQIA+ people. We are building a future where everyone can be free to be their entire selves in every aspect of their lives. They work and training activists to fight against the discrimination LGBTQIA+ people face in housing, employment, healthcare, retirement and basic human rights.

St. Louis Queer+ Support Helpline (SQSH)
