Utilizing flexible and extended advising hours, zoom, and other student-centered modalities, we will support you in a way that meets your unique needs, responsibilities, and schedule.
Here are some of the things you might expect in an advising appointment:
- You will build a connection with your advisor that will prepare you to be successful
- Your advisor will:
- Utilize various software to assist you with course and program planning
- Answer your questions about registration, holds or other registration-related items
- Provide academic counsel regarding courses
Your advisor helps monitor curricular and programmatic changes that may affect your student experience. You can count on them to audit your course experience and degree requirements. They will also provide assistance as you prepare to graduate.
To register for classes, you must:
- Schedule an advising appointment
- Accept the Bursar Financial Agreement and ensure all holds from your account have been cleared
- Contact your advisor if you have any questions.
