Faculty Senate Executive Committee

The officers of the Faculty Senate and the Council Chairs constitute the Executive Committee of the Faculty Senate, with the power to act for the Faculty Senate between meetings on matters which must be dealt with immediately where a week's delay would constitute a decision. The actions of the Executive Committee are subject to review by the full Faculty Senate.

The Faculty Senate Executive Committee typically meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 2:00 pm. Agendas and minutes are posted according to the Open Meetings Act.

Faculty Senate Executive Committee Meetings

The Faculty Senate is accepting public comments via email to encourage social distancing and safety.  Submitted comments will be read aloud during the meeting and added to the minutes.  Please submit any comments to the University Governance Office at mtadloc@siue.edu prior to the start of the meeting.  Meetings will be accessible via Teams, and login information is included in agendas.
