Scholarships and Funds You Can Support
Black Theatre Workshop Development Fund – Supports the annual Black Theatre Workshop during Black History Month, featuring works by African American playwrights or original student-devised projects.
Colbert Memorial Scholarship Fund – Honors faculty member Lisa Colbert by supporting exceptional theater students who embody her passion and values.
Design/Tech Theater Scholarship Fund – Endowed by C. Otis Sweezey to support outstanding students specializing in theater design and technology.
Summer Showbiz Development Fund – Sustains our summer musical and Shakespeare season, providing vital pre-professional opportunities for student artists.
Theater and Dance Scholarship Fund – Provides departmental service awards recognizing leadership, dedication, and meaningful service to the program.
Theatre Explorer Scholarship – Supports student participation in travel and study abroad opportunities that expand artistic learning and global perspective.
Friends of Theater and Dance Merit Awards Endowment – Provides merit-based scholarships for students who demonstrate exceptional talent and achievement.
