FRESH 101 Appointment and Resources
Within the first couple of weeks of classes during your first semester at SIUE, your SOAR Academic Advisor will reach out to you about scheduling a mandatory FRESH 101 appointment. The purpose of this appointment is to cover much of the material included below, as well as other useful information for your time at SIUE and beyond. You do not need to review this material prior to your appointment time, although your advisor may request that you have started/completed a time management worksheet before your scheduled time.
