Important Dates
The Returning Resident Application must be completed between October 20, 2025 – January 30, 2026 (priority deadline), by all current residents who want to live on-campus for fall 2026 and spring 2027 to participate in the reservation process. A $200 advance payment is required to complete the online application.

| May 1, 2026 | The deadline to cancel fall 2026-spring 2027 contract in writing and receive a $200 advance payment refund. Summer 2026 Housing application closes. |
