The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) office provides services to 650 international students at SIUE. We offer support to F-1 and J-1 students, as well as international visiting scholars. Our office supports students with pre-arrival information, campus resources, immigration advisement and cross-cultural programming.
Office Information
Students are welcome to stop by the ISSS office for general questions Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4pm. Our office will conduct all student advising meetings in-person, remotely via Zoom or by phone. For more details about making an advising appointment with an advisor click Advising.
If you are expecting government documents in the mail (USCIS notices, EAD cards, Social Security Number cards) office staff will send you a notification via email. Please bring your CougarCard with you when you visit the office.
