Arrival at SIUE
- Airport Pick-Up Form - Airport pick-up request only for new international students arriving within the ideal arrival dates. The form is now closed. If you requested pickup, a confirmation will be sent to your SIUE email.
- Check-In Form - Immigration check-in for new international students. New students should fill this out as soon as they land in the United States.
- IHP Student Registration Form - Form for international students requesting an International Hospitality Program host family
Enrollment Requirements
- Graduate Assistant Underload/Overload Approval Form- Graduate School form for graduate students with assistantships to request underload or overload approval
- Leave of Absence/Withdrawal Notification Form - Form to request a leave of absence or withdrawal from classes at SIUE
- Reduced Course Load Form - Form to request approval if enrolled below the minimum required course load
- Returning from a Leave of Absence Form - Form to return from a leave of absence for international students
- Concurrent Enrollment Letter Request - Form to request a concurrent enrollment letter from your DSO
