Global Cougar Quest

First-semester international SIUE students are invited to participate in Global Cougar Quest, which helps new Cougars make the most of their university experience. Complete the Quest and earn exclusive prizes from ISSS!

How to participate: 

1. Pick up your Global Cougar Quest Passport at International Student Orientation.
2. Browse the list of activities, show up, engage, and have fun! (Make sure to get proof of participation, such as a ticket stub, your attendance, or your photo at the event.)
3. After every activity, scan the QR code in your passport and fill out the form to let us know about your participation. 
4. Visit the department that organized the activity, show your proof of participation, and get your passport stamped! Note that all stamps can be retrieved at ISSS unless noted otherwise below.
5. Fill your passport with at least 12 stamps, bring your completed passport to ISSS, and collect your prizes!

• Participate in the New International Student Success Series (NISSS)

           Participate in at least 2 workshops to receive a stamp.

• Sign up for an International Hospitality Program (IHP) host family

• Participate in International Education Week (IEW)

          You must sign-up to participate in IEW, not just attend an event, to receive a stamp.

• Attend a field trip organized by ISSS

• Comment on or share an ISSS social media post
