Undergraduate Courses Committee
The Undergraduate Courses Committee (UCC) is a standing committee of the Faculty Senate Curriculum Council. The primary responsibility for the UCC is to review proposals for new or experimental courses. The operation and guidelines for the Undergraduate Courses Committee is outlined in the operating papers for the Curriculum Council.
The Chairperson of the UCC is selected from the Curriculum Council members by the Chair with the approval of the majority of the Council. At least five additional members are appointed by the Chair of the UCC, of which at least four are faculty. Terms of service are one year, and members cannot serve more than three consecutive terms.
